James Foley

Foley is the American who was beheaded by ISIS. His execution was a filmed and sent out for the world to view. It appears the executioner was actually a British man who has joined ISIS. This beheading brings up questions about whether the US should pay ramsons to terrorists who kidnap Americans- we do not at this time. This event also helped stir American public opinion to bomb ISIS.
